We consulted with Christopher Tan this June. Christopher boasted several plus points:

- friendly and welcoming
- clear and professional with explaining the expectations and end-to-end operations
- organised and attentive to detail when gathering info of our needs and wants
- went above and beyond to spin up separate quotations (min and max) for our 2nd meeting
- quick to make amendments to the quotations and render based on our feedback (special mention for working overnight for us!)
- considerate in accommodating us in the showroom even after business hours
- meticulous in keeping us informed of the carpentry's dimensions and execution

As for the showroom, Weiken's space was well equipped and seemed rather spacious. There were mockups of kitchens and wardrobes to help illustrate Weiken's capabilities and options. Ultimately, we had to give Weiken up for another company's design proposal which suited our tastes and budget better.

To justify the less than perfect rating, Christopher could have been more thorough with our moodboard. As a result, Christopher's proposed aesthetics lacked cohesion with what we envisioned despite his impressive suggestions for the layout and carpentry.

Nonetheless, I would still recommend Weiken for their hospitality, insights and professionalism.”
